John Suler's Teaching Clinical Psychology

Here's a technique that's good for a small class. Take their papers that they all turned in on an analysis of a video, a case study, or some such assignment. Record your reactions/feedback on each of their papers. Combine all the recordings so all students can listen to your reactions to each student. Encourage a discussion of the feedback and their papers. Beats a few red marks on a paper that only one student sees!
